PO/Marine, Petrol Ofisi Group's maritime brand, has been awarded the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC), recognized as one of the world's most prestigious credentials, for its sustainable practices in procuring biofuels and other renewable raw materials.
A Petrol Ofisi Group company that has made its mark in the maritime industry, PO/Marine has obtained the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) for its sustainable practices in procuring biofuels and other renewable raw materials.
ISCC, a certification program for verifying the sustainable production of biofuels and other renewable raw materials, is based on a set of sustainability criteria and requirements covering environmental, social, and ethical aspects of production. Providing reliable and recognized pathways for companies to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability and responsible production, the ISCC is widely recognized in Europe as a sustainability certification program for biofuels, bioenergy, and products made from renewable raw materials and is regarded as a mark of quality in biofuel procurement.
